1. ABOUT WESCON TACTICAL LLC
WESCON TACTICAL LLC is a Wisconsin-based online retailer offering firearms, ammunition, accessories, and related products.
Our online store operates on the BigCommerce platform. We also use FFL Cockpit to assist with applicable firearm order processing and transfer procedures.
2. ELIGIBILITY AND AGE REQUIREMENTS
Customers must be legally eligible to purchase the products offered on our website.
Customers purchasing firearms or ammunition must meet all applicable federal, state, and local age requirements and must not be prohibited by law from purchasing or possessing those products.
Certain products may have additional age, licensing, or eligibility requirements.
WESCON TACTICAL LLC reserves the right to request information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility and to refuse or cancel any order that cannot legally be completed.
3. COMPLIANCE WITH FIREARMS LAWS
All firearm and ammunition sales are subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Firearms will be shipped and transferred only through legally permitted methods and, where required, to or through a properly licensed Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL).
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their purchases comply with applicable laws and regulations in their state, county, and locality.
WESCON TACTICAL LLC reserves the right to decline, suspend, or cancel an order if a transaction may be unlawful or cannot be completed in compliance with applicable requirements.
4. FIREARM ORDERS AND FFL TRANSFERS
Firearm purchases may require customers to arrange a transfer through an authorized receiving FFL dealer.
Where applicable, customers are responsible for:
- Selecting an authorized receiving FFL dealer.
- Confirming that the dealer will accept the transfer.
- Providing accurate dealer and shipping information.
- Completing all required identification, background checks, paperwork, and other legal procedures.
- Paying any transfer fees charged by the receiving dealer.
Firearms will not be released until applicable legal requirements have been satisfied.
An order confirmation does not guarantee that a firearm transfer will ultimately be approved. If a transfer cannot be completed, customers must contact WESCON TACTICAL LLC for instructions. Any resulting cancellation or refund will be handled in accordance with our policies and applicable law.
5. PRODUCT INFORMATION AND AVAILABILITY
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, specifications, pricing, and availability information are accurate.
Product images may differ slightly from the actual product. Manufacturers may change product specifications, packaging, or designs without notice.
We reserve the right to correct errors, update product information, limit quantities, or discontinue products.
If a material error affects an order, we may contact the customer to discuss available options or cancel the affected order and provide any refund required by our policies and applicable law.
6. PRICING AND PAYMENT

Firearms may require additional processing and delivery arrangements through an authorized FFL dealer.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional shipping, handling, or transfer charges may apply where disclosed.
Risk of loss and responsibility for products will be determined in accordance with applicable law and the terms governing the transaction.
9. RETURN, REFUND, AND EXCHANGE POLICY
ALL FIREARM AND AMMUNITION SALES ARE FINAL. WESCON TACTICAL LLC DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON FIREARMS OR AMMUNITION.
Customers are responsible for verifying product details, compatibility, specifications, and applicable legal requirements before placing an order.
We do not accept firearm or ammunition returns due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect selection, change of mind, or failure to verify compatibility.
If a firearm transfer is denied, delayed, or cannot be completed, customers must contact WESCON TACTICAL LLC for instructions. Any cancellation, refund, storage, shipping, or other applicable charges will be handled in accordance with our policies and applicable law.
For products other than firearms and ammunition, returns or exchanges may be considered under a separate posted return policy, if applicable.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived or excluded.
By placing an order for firearms or ammunition, customers acknowledge this policy.
10. PRODUCT WARRANTIES
Products may be covered by manufacturer warranties where applicable.

WESCON TACTICAL LLC is not responsible for unlawful, unsafe, negligent, or unauthorized use of products by customers or other individuals, except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
