RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Wescon Tactical LLC strives to provide our customers with quality products and excellent service. Please review the following policy carefully before completing your purchase.
FIREARMS — ALL SALES FINAL
All firearm sales are final. Firearms cannot be returned, exchanged, canceled, or refunded after a purchase has been completed.
Because firearm purchases are subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, Wescon Tactical LLC does not accept firearm returns for a change of mind, incorrect selection, or any other reason except where required by applicable law.
If a firearm is believed to have a manufacturer defect or malfunction, the customer should contact the firearm manufacturer regarding warranty service or repair. Wescon Tactical LLC may assist with directing customers to the appropriate manufacturer or warranty process when applicable.
AMMUNITION — ALL SALES FINAL
All ammunition sales are final. Ammunition cannot be returned, exchanged, canceled, or refunded after purchase.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that they purchase the correct caliber, cartridge, and ammunition type for their intended use.
For safety and regulatory reasons, Wescon Tactical LLC does not accept returns of ammunition, including unopened ammunition, except where required by applicable law.
OTHER MERCHANDISE — 30-DAY RETURN POLICY
Merchandise other than firearms and ammunition may be eligible for a return within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date, provided all of the following conditions are met:
- The item is completely unused and in new, resalable condition.
- The item has not been worn, installed, modified, altered, damaged, or otherwise used.
- The item is returned in its original packaging.
- All original tags, labels, manuals, accessories, parts, and other included materials are included.
- The customer provides the original receipt or other valid proof of purchase.
- The item is not designated as final sale, clearance, non-returnable, special order, or otherwise excluded from returns.
Items that have been used, worn, installed, altered, damaged, or returned without the original packaging may be refused for return.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly or the return is due to an error made by Wescon Tactical LLC.
Wescon Tactical LLC is not responsible for merchandise that is lost or damaged while being returned. Customers are encouraged to use a trackable shipping method and retain proof of shipment.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment whenever possible.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error by Wescon Tactical LLC.
Refunds will be processed after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected.
SPECIAL ORDERS, CLEARANCE & FINAL-SALE ITEMS
Special-order merchandise, customized products, clearance items, discounted final-sale merchandise, and any products specifically identified as non-returnable are not eligible for return or refund.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT MERCHANDISE
If you receive an item that arrives damaged, defective, or different from the item ordered, please contact Wescon Tactical LLC promptly so the issue can be reviewed and an appropriate resolution can be determined.
Customers should retain the original product packaging and all included materials until the issue has been resolved.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may not be canceled once they have been processed, shipped, transferred, or otherwise completed.
Firearm and ammunition orders are subject to the all-sales-final provisions stated above.
POLICY ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By completing a purchase through Wescon Tactical LLC, the customer acknowledges that they have reviewed and agreed to this Return & Refund Policy.
Wescon Tactical LLC reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. The policy in effect at the time of purchase will generally apply to that transaction, subject to applicable law.
